Before you use the product, make a firm commitment to quit
smoking.
If anyone in your immediate household smokes, you must secure a
verbal agreement from them not to smoke in the house, in your car,
or in your presence for at least one week. This is just common
decency!
Use the product faithfully as directed. Read and follow all
directions on bottles and on instructions booklet completely. Remember
to throw away all cigarettes, even hidden emergency packs before
starting the program.
Use Formula 4 Aromatherapy liberally if you feel an urge to smoke.

with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, providing the included
instructions have been followed.
Before starting the
program please read and fill out the warranty form,
included within the instruction booklet, completely and accurately
upon receipt of product to validate this guarantee. If you feel the product has not
delivered helpful relief from withdrawals to you, please follow
these instructions for returns and refunds: Your receipt, order
confirmation, or invoice is required for all returns. Your order
confirmation is the confirmation message which is sent to your
email address provided you gave a valid email address at the time
your order was placed. The receipt or order confirmation must
clearly show the order ID, transaction ID, reference number, or
invoice on your order. With your receipt, order confirmation, or
invoice, return the unused unopened portions including
instructions booklet, used bottles, and all other material, in
their original box, to the address below. Nutritional Support
Maintenance Formula 3 must remain unopened and sealed in order to
issue refund. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the
product only (less shipping and handling).
Refunds good on purchases made in the U.S. only.
Not applicable to orders shipped to Canada or outside U.S.
borders.
Please note we are not responsible for expenses, fees or other
costs incurred by customers as a result of defective products. All
returns must be postmarked within 30 days upon receiving your
